Placing an Order (resale # required)
If you have the most current catalog and current price sheet (2011 Wholesale Catalog & Price List), an Order Form can be found in the back of the Catalog.  If you need additional order forms, click here to download a copy.

Once filled out, the Order Form may be either e-mailed to us (ed@mayberryiron.com) or faxed (fax #: (504) 285-1902).

For normally scheduled deliveries, payment is due upon delivery.

For advance orders (e.g., order placed in Nov., but request delivery in March), payment is due 50% at the time the order is placed, and the remaining 50% upon delivery.




Order Minimums
There is no minimum for all orders that are to be delivered or shipped.  That said, the minimum delivery/shipping charge usually runs about $100-$150, depending on your location.  Most customers place a large enough order to make their shopping charge as low of a percentage of the total product cost as possible.  Typical orders are from $750 up to several thousand $$...

Orders may also be picked up at our warehouse location in Chico, CA  (see below).  For orders that are picked up, there is no $$ minimum.  Pick-ups are by appointment only and will be coordinated at the time the order is placed.



Delivery & Shipping Fees

Shipping Option #1:  Customer Pick Up 
All orders may be picked up at our warehouse location in Chico, CA.    (click here for a PDF map to the warehouse).

There is no shipping charge, nor is there a minimum, for picked up orders.

All "customer pick up" orders are by APPOINTMENT ONLY, and payment is due at the time the product is picked up....


Shipping Option #2:  Mayberry Iron Delivery
The regional delivery area to which we can effectively deliver includes locations within approximately a 2 hour drive from our warehouse in Chico. 

Delivery costs for items delivered by Mayberry Iron to our regional delivery area vary by destination, but usually run at a minimum of $100.

If you are outside of this core delivery area, but within the California/Oregon/Nevada area, and want us to deliver it ourselves, please contact us and we will try to accommodate on a case-by-case basis.  Shipping costs for this extended regional area will be determined at the time of the order.


Shipping Option #3: Freight Shipping
For deliveries outside of our core regional area we use a shipping/freight company.  Shipping costs for this service will be the actual shipping cost, as invoiced by the shipper.  Costs vary by season, shipper availability, the shipper's route demand, etc., but typical costs are 10% - 15% of the invoice total to CA, OR, WA, NV, and ID.   Delivery costs to other States vary so much we hesitate to even offer a % range......please call us for a quote.
